Delete your account in the app
- Open QuestCompanion.
- Sign in with the Google account connected to the QuestCompanion account.
- Open the app menu.
- Select Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Complete both confirmation steps and confirm the Google account.
Information deleted
- Firebase Authentication account
- QuestCompanion user profile
- Reserved username
- Account ownership connection to retained published companions
Information that may remain
Approved companions previously published by the account may remain available to other users. Their creator attribution will be replaced with Deleted User, and they will no longer be connected to the deleted account.
Limited moderation, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary.
Local device data
Deleting an account does not delete downloaded companions, user-created local companions, notes, settings, or progress stored on the device. That data can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
Cannot access the app?
Email questcompanionofficial@gmail.com using the Google email connected to the account. Include your public QuestCompanion username if known.
For security, additional verification may be required before an account can be deleted through a support request.
